Position Overview
San Rafael area schools are seeking a
Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to provide services to students across
Kindergarten through 12th grade . This is a
school-based, onsite position
for the 20252026 school year. Position Details
Start Date:
August 2025 (exact date TBD)
Schedule:
37.5 hours/week (MondayFriday)
Location:
San Rafael, CA school-based
Grade Levels:
K12
Caseload:
Details will be shared during the interview process
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and provide speech-language therapy services
Develop and implement IEP goals
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain progress reports and documentation
Attend IEP meetings and support student communication needs in academic settings
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid California SLP License or CTC Credential
CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered
School-based experience is a plus
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
