Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction Manage, train, and lead front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders Monitor sales, labor, and operational costs to achieve financial goals Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and service standards Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly Support marketing, promotions, and special events to drive traffic and revenue Qualifications
