Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our team for an
on-site
position in
Spanaway, WA . This role will support a diverse
K12 caseload , working collaboratively with educators and families to help students thrive in their communication and academic skills. Note: This is an on-site only position. Virtual candidates will not be considered. Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Washington state SLP license (or eligibility)
ASHA CCCs preferred, CFs considered
School-based experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
