Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
for a
Full-Time, Full School Year
position in the
Santa Cruz, CA
area. This role will serve
two school sites , providing direct therapy to a
caseload of 25 students . Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students with varying needs
Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Qualifications
Active
SLP license
in California required
CCCs preferred; CFY considered if supervision is available
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively across multiple sites
Compensation
Compensation for this position ranges from
