Instructional Aide - Cleveland, OH

A full-time paraprofessional role is available to support K-12 students in the Cleveland, OH area. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside educators, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment throughout the school year (CSY) on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized or small group support to students to enhance learning outcomes Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities Support students with special needs, ensuring their academic and social development Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom atmosphere Qualifications: Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom environment is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or Paraprofessional Certification is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and students Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to diverse student needs Location: Cleveland, OH
