A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school serving students from kindergarten through 5th grade. This contract role spans the current school year (CSY) and provides an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse pediatric caseload in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-5, addressing a range of communication disorders. Manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) including development, implementation, and progress monitoring. Utilize Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies and tools to support student needs. Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services. Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience working with pediatric populations in school environments. Eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred. Proven skills in IEP development and implementation. Experience with AAC devices and strategies. Ability to provide supervision to SLPA staff. Location: The position is based in Lynn, Massachusetts, within a supportive school community focused on student growth and achievement.
