The In-Home Sales Representative position involves extensive field work, where you will directly engage with homeowners to demonstrate the value and quality of our product. Next Door and Window is a family-owned and operated business fueled by a commitment to success for our customers and our team while offering the most prestigious, award-winning brands in the window and door replacement industry. To successfully complete the role of an In-Home Sales Representative at Next Door and Window, he/she must: Client Engagement:

Provide in-depth consultations in clients’ homes, understanding their needs and recommending products that best fit their requirements. Sales and Design Proposals:

Skillfully design and propose solutions that integrate our windows and door products, enhancing the aesthetic and functionality of clients homes. Sales Closure:

Expertly negotiate and close sales, ensuring all contracts are promptly entered in the company CRM. Project Coordination:

Work closely with clients from the initial interaction through the completion of their projects, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. In-Home Sales Representative Basic Qualifications Motivated and Independent:

Ability to work independently in the field, driven by achieving sales goals and client satisfaction. Sales Acumen : Keen ability to engage homeowners and use in-home sales techniques and processes. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and team members. Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs along with the ability to travel within the St. Louis area.
