Talarico for Texas is building a people-powered campaign rooted in grassroots support, integrity, and the belief that politics should work for everyday Texans. As we grow, we are preparing to expand our operations team. While we are not currently hiring for specific operations positions, we anticipate the need for talented, motivated individuals to join our team in the months ahead. Requirements We welcome resumes from individuals who: Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for keeping systems running smoothly. Can manage campaign logistics such as scheduling, travel, compliance, and office operations. Are comfortable setting up and maintaining tools like Google Workspace, Slack, NGP VAN, ActBlue, or project management platforms. Thrive in a behind-the-scenes role that keeps the team on track and accountable. Are problem-solvers who can anticipate needs, respond quickly, and adapt as the campaign grows. Share a commitment to Democratic values, grassroots organizing, and electing James Talarico. Previous experience in campaign operations, compliance, HR, or scheduling is a plus.
