Job Details We are a growing AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across a wide range of complex matters, including securities, antitrust, class actions, white collar defense, intellectual property, bankruptcy, labor & employment, and regulatory disputes. This role involves managing discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage large-scale document productions and electronic databases (e.g., Relativity).
Draft subpoenas, discovery responses, and related filings.
Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis; cite-check and proof filings.
Prepare exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders; provide on-site trial support.
Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and litigation materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred.
6+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting.
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing (CM/ECF, state systems).
Proficiency with Relativity, Westlaw, Lexis, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
Flexibility for overtime and occasional travel as needed.
