Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients. Supervise, mentor, and develop staff accountants and senior-level team members. Monitor engagement timelines and budgets to ensure efficient project delivery. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and problem-solving. Stay current on tax law changes and apply relevant knowledge to client engagements. Qualifications
Active CPA license required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public accounting, focused on complex tax work. Supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred. Must be available to work in-office at least 3 days per week during the first year. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
