Job Details Key Responsibilities Represent municipalities, elected officials, authorities, and private clients on various municipal and land use matters. Attend and participate in public and client meetings, including municipal boards, planning commissions, zoning hearings, and other related proceedings. Advocate for clients in hearings, trials, appeals, and quasi-judicial proceedings. Draft legal documents, such as agreements, applications, ordinances, zoning decisions, and legal opinions. Maintain consistent client communication and provide timely updates on case developments. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar admission in Pennsylvania. 3–5 years of relevant legal practice experience. Strong initiative and ability to handle matters independently. Proven ability to develop business and maintain client relationships. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
