Job Details We are seeking an experienced Construction and Real Estate Transaction Attorney to join our Dallas team and counsel clients on a wide range of development and commercial projects.

**Job Description**

* Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, design agreements, development agreements, and joint ventures. * Handle real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and financing transactions for commercial projects. * Advise owners, developers, contractors, and investors on risk management, insurance, regulatory compliance, and project delivery methods. * Guide clients through lien, bond, and title issues to prevent disputes and protect investments. * Collaborate with litigation colleagues when disputes arise to align transactional and litigation strategies. * Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle of construction and real estate projects.

**Qualifications**

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. * Active Texas Bar membership in good standing. * 2+ years of experience in construction and/or real estate transactions. * Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with emphasis on development and construction matters. * Familiarity with Texas real estate law, financing, liens, and insurance provisions. * Ability to provide practical, business-minded legal solutions in a fast-paced environment.
