JD from accredited law school and admission to Oregon Bar (WA a plus) LLM in Taxation required Minimum 5 years of experience practicing tax law, preferably in a firm setting Strong background in federal, state, and local tax matters Experience with partnership/corporate taxation and tax controversy Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality legal work Excellent written and oral communication skills
