Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Structural Engineer to join our progressive Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on multi-disciplinary projects, providing structural engineering services for a variety of clients across various sectors. The successful candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard. Responsibilities: Lead and manage structural engineering projects from inception to completion. Develop and implement innovative design solutions to complex engineering problems. Prepare and review structural engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, and construction professionals. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design and construction standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in structural engineering. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing structural engineering projects. Proficient in structural engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP2000. Excellent understanding of building materials and construction techniques. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex engineering concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A strong commitment to health and safety practices. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to continuously learn and grow professionally.
