Job Details Responsibilities: Handle all phases of construction defect litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda with minimal supervision Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses Manage client communications and provide strategic legal advice Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations Collaborate with internal teams and outside experts to build strong cases Meet a minimum annual billing requirement of 1,800 hours Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in Colorado 2–12 years of litigation experience, preferable Civil Defense Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Prior experience representing developers, general contractors, or insurers is a plus
