Director of Marketing & Sales Enablement

to join our Sales & Marketing Team! The Director of Marketing and Sales Enablement leads strategic marketing initiatives and drives sales enablement excellence for Shared Imaging's mobile diagnostic imaging solutions. This role blends leadership, industry expertise, and hands-on execution to position the company as a market leader in Mobile CT, MR, and PET/CT services. By demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our clients and the market dynamics impacting their business, the Director will clearly understand customer challenges, how Shared Imaging's mobile solutions address them, and will be at the forefront of identifying and anticipating emerging trends. This insight will shape Shared Imaging's strategy, ensures marketing programs generate measurable results, and positions the company to deliver solutions that align with both current and future market demands. Direct engagement with customers and industry stakeholders is a key aspect of this position. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy, aligning with company growth objectives and sales goals. Manage the marketing budget effectively within established parameters while delivering on all key requirements of the role. Lead brand positioning, messaging, and content development tailored to the mobile diagnostic imaging market. Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns - including digital, print, events, and thought leadership - to drive awareness and demand. Lead, manage and oversee the work of a third-party marketing agency to ensure alignment with brand strategy, quality standards, and performance expectations. Work collaboratively across all Shared Imaging functions - including sales, operations, finance, and asset management - to ensure their needs are met and strategies are aligned. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement that resonates and represents all functions of the organization. Serve as Shared Imaging's subject matter expert on client needs, market dynamics, and the evolving healthcare imaging landscape. Continuously assess how Shared Imaging's mobile solutions address client business objectives and adapt offerings to remain ahead of industry changes. Anticipate emerging market trends and translate them into actionable strategies, tools, and campaigns that drive Client and company success. Use market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities. Serve as a visible company representative at industry events, trade shows, and key customer meetings. Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales enablement tools, resources, and collateral that help the sales team to identify, engage, and close opportunities while enhancing customer satisfaction. Partner with sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives directly support pipeline growth, revenue targets, and client success. Define, develop and deliver key marketing and sales collaterals that produce measurable outcomes and directly enable sales teams to achieve client success. Oversee CRM and proposal generation strategy and functionality to maintain simplicity while effectively managing client contacts, information, opportunities, the deal analysis process, and proposal generation process, ensuring the systems drive adoption and supports decision-making. Develop KPIs and dashboards to track marketing and sales performance, providing actionable insights to leadership. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the diagnostic imaging industry; mobile diagnostic imaging experience preferred. Proven success in leading marketing strategies that drive measurable business results. Experience in sales enablement, including CRM systems, analytics, and process optimization. Strong understanding of CT, MR, and PET/CT technologies and their role in healthcare delivery. Recognized expertise in understanding healthcare clients, their operational and business challenges, and how imaging solutions deliver value. Demonstrated ability to forecast and act upon emerging industry trends before they become market standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools. Willingness to travel for customer visits, industry events, and team meetings. Deep understanding of the healthcare market, including clinical, operational, and financial drivers influencing imaging purchasing decisions. Demonstrated ability to create professional, client-facing presentations and sales materials for both the sales team and clients. Why Join Us
