We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with the ability to lead small-to-medium projects across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general construction disciplines. This is a dynamic role where you’ll partner directly with clients, manage contractors, and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. What You’ll Do
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for designated capital projects. Develop project schedules and ensure execution according to plan. Lead and attend job progress meetings; provide clear updates to clients and stakeholders. Review proposals, establish work plans, and manage contractors effectively. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Oversee quality control, safety, and compliance with codes and specifications. Manage project documentation, meeting minutes, and administrative requirements. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree
or equivalent experience. 3+ years of management and functional experience in construction projects. Proven experience as an owner’s representative or in a client-facing role. Demonstrated success managing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general construction projects. Strong communication skills and ability to set realistic, positive expectations. A track record of cultivating lasting client relationships. Nice to Have
