Position Overview
Soliant is seeking an experienced
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
for an
itinerant, onsite position
in
Santa Clara, CA . This is a
full-time role (35 hours per week)
running
ASAP through June 5, 2026 . The SLPA will provide direct therapy services under SLP supervision, traveling between assigned sites as needed.
New graduates will not be considered prior onsite school experience is required. Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K12 students under SLP supervision
Support progress monitoring and documentation in alignment with student goals
Collaborate with supervising SLP, teachers, and staff to enhance student success
Travel between school sites as part of an itinerant schedule
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local guidelines
Qualifications
Active
California SLPA license
required
Minimum of one year of onsite school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with itinerant travel and collaborating with multiple teams
Compensation
Compensation for this position ranges from
