What Youll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Monitor access to the residential location, verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering the premises. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner. Document and report any unusual activities, incidents, or security-related concerns according to site protocols. Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior. Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, visitors, and property management as needed. Assist with visitor management, including logging guests and providing directions or information as required. What Were Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
