Sports Facilities Management, LLC LOCATION: Cape Coral, FL DEPARTMENT: FOOD & BEVERAGE REPORTS TO: FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER STATUS: PART-TIME (NON-EXEMPT) ABOUT THE COMPANY: The Courts is a premier sport, recreation and entertainment destination focused on improving the health and economic vitality of Cape Coral, FL. POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for positive individuals to assist with our Caf, providing quality service as well as consistent products. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Must be flexible with schedule Operate the POS software efficiently & effectively Communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons Accurately take customer food & beverage orders Clean dining and Cafe areas; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas and place them in designated areas when needed Take/record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature control in the transportation of food Must be comfortable to cook and prepare food items Strive to create excellent food & beverage experiences for all guests Additional tasks as assigned by management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: One year of customer service experience preferred Experience in the food and beverage industry required Food Handler's Card preferred Must be age 18 or older WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift 40 pounds Will be required stand for extended periods of time Facility has intermittent noise
