We are looking for an energetic, detailed oriented, person that can join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and students at our West Palm Beach location.

The ideal candidate for this position would be someone that exhibits high energy and enjoys working with kids in a fun environment. If you are looking for an environment that incorporates Safety, Fun, a Growth Mindset, building Connections, and Passion this is the position for you.

This position is a full - time 32 - 40 hour position. This position does require you to stand, walk alongside the pool deck and area throughout the facility.

*Must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays 8 hours from 8:00am - 2:30pm

Work Schedule: Monday - Wednesday 2:45pm - 8:15pm Friday - 1:00pm - 6:00pm Saturdays and Sundays - 8:00am - 2:30pm

Primary Functions of Position:

Eager, frequent, and professional communication with clients in-person, on the phone, and through writing to schedule trials, lessons, answer inquiries, and collect tuition, responsible for kiddos getting to correct classes on pool deck

Sharing friendly knowledge to guide purchases to increase enrollment, registration, and sale transactions

Educate and inform customers and potential customers on current or new services available

Create and build a professional connection with customers and students to learn how to better assist them

Have a growth mindset to build on skills and knowledge and provide suggestions/feedback to better improve processes and opportunities to attract customers

Coordinate with Office Manager and Aquatics Lead to organize a safe flow of the front desk area to monitor entry and exit for customers for swim and gymnastics lessons.

During idle times conduct facility walk throughs to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility at all times (checking the floors, bathrooms and changing rooms, and ensuring supplies are stocked)

Utilize computer software to register new members, maintain accurate records, and collect tuition

Coordinating with team members for smooth shift transitions and achieving quarterly goals

Ad Hoc Duties:

Cleaning the bathroom and changing room area.

Cleaning the pool deck and gymnastics equipment

Cleaning and organizing the front desk area

Using the Emergency Action Plan to clean particles from the pools, floors, and the changing rooms

*This position does require frequent standing, bending, and walking around the facility

Education and Experience Requirements:

Some College Education

2 years of customer service experience and/or sales

Salary and Hours:

Full - Time (32 - 40 hours)

Pay $14.50 per hour
