YOU BELONG AT BAXTER! Your Role as a Customer Experience Specialist: Assist customers by addressing their questions and demonstrating vehicle features. Identify each customer's unique needs and recommend the perfect vehicle. Create remarkable experiences by adhering to our Simplified Process promise. Collaborate with Sales Managers to provide personalized service throughout the purchasing journey. Successfully handle vehicle deliveries after purchase completion. Be a daily ambassador for Subaru, fostering long-term customer loyalty. Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Additional Qualifications: A team-oriented mindset with a passion for collective success. A genuine desire to assist others in meaningful ways. Commitment to achieving positive outcomes in every task. Willingness to learn and understand diverse perspectives. Ability to communicate with empathy, transparency, and authenticity.
