We are seeking an experienced
Pharmacy Manager
to oversee operations at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in either Kokomo, IN or Marion, IN. The selected candidate will choose their preferred location upon hire. This is a full-time leadership role with no weekend or holiday requirements. Schedule: Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
1-hour lunch daily (12:00 PM 1:00 PM)
No weekends or holidays
Responsibilities: Manage pharmacy staff, policies, procedures, hiring, training, and scheduling
Prepare and verify prescriptions, collaborating with providers as needed
Oversee ordering, inventory control, and proper storage of drugs and controlled substances
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
Maintain accurate records of inventory, patient information, insurance claims, and controlled substances
Monitor pharmacy operations, workflow efficiency, and patient satisfaction
Develop and maintain retail pharmacy services, support new pharmacy openings, and provide telepharmacy support
Collaborate with Executive Leadership on staff progress and operational needs
Requirements: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
from an ACPE-accredited program
Active
Indiana Pharmacist License
Certified Immunizer
Minimum
3+ years of pharmacy managerial experience
preferred
Experience in a
Community Health Center
and/or managing a
340B program
preferred
