Per Diem Pharmacist
to provide temporary coverage during the week of
September 2226, 2025 . This is a great opportunity for pharmacists with retail or LTC experience who are looking for flexible travel assignments and short-term contracts.

Retail / Long-Term Care Hotel & Mileage Covered Schedule: Monday, September 22, 2025
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9 hours)
Tuesday, September 23 to Friday, September 26, 2025
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (8.5 hours/day)
Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense medications prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers
Provide counseling and information to patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions
Deliver a high level of customer service and patient care
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and best practices
Requirements:
Active California Pharmacist License
(Required)
PharmD or Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy
Retail and/or Long-Term Care experience
(Preferred)
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a retail pharmacy setting
Strong communication and patient interaction skills
Additional Details:
System Used:
Pioneer RX
Must be able to complete compliance requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)

Rotating per diem needs may arise beyond this assignment
