Special Education Teacher
for a full-time, onsite position near Doylestown, PA . This is a contracted role for the
20252026 school year , working with students in
grades 35
within a
Learning Support
setting. Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction to students in grades 35 in a learning support environment
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Monitor and assess student progress toward educational goals
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
Maintain accurate student records in compliance with district and state regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and other required staff meetings
Support classroom management and adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field
Active
Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching License
Experience with Learning Support preferred
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
Ability to work onsite and commit to a full school year
Must pass background checks as required by the school district
