Customer Service Representative - Transdev, Hillburn, NY
Transdev in Hillburn, NY is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.
- Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
- Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate standard telephone system.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Benefits & Compensation
- Minimum $20.00/hour – Maximum $22.00/hour
- Vacation: one week
- Sick days: 7 days
- Holidays: 8 days

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
