Life’s Abundance is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Member to join our employee-owned team in Waterbury, CT. As a key player in our operations, you’ll handle order preparation, inventory management, and quality assurance to help us deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Overview

Life’s Abundance is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to support order processing, inventory control, and quality assurance in a climate-controlled, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by processing requests, selecting materials, packing boxes, and staging for shipment.
• Support inventory management tasks, including receiving, handling returns, and conducting cycle counts.
• Adhere to quality service standards and ensure compliance with company procedures, rules, and regulations.

Our Warehouse Team is focused on managing inventory from arrival to shipment to meet or exceed customer expectations for quality and speed. We value reliability, honesty, and teamwork, and we encourage open communication and accountability.

• Forklift Certification: A current certification is a plus, or a willingness to obtain one within 90 days (company-sponsored).

Qualifications

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Comfortable using computers/tablets for inventory and order processing. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to engage in cross-training and onboarding support. Monday–Friday, first shift availability; forklift certification is a plus or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
