About Our Client: Addison Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client in the Live Oak area. This role will provide critical administrative and technical support, including assisting with the rollout of a new company-wide timekeeping application. It’s a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys working closely with a small, collaborative team.

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily operations and coordinating with multiple groups across the organization. A major responsibility will be partnering with IT and accounting to test and roll out a new timekeeping application to staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Accounting Manager and team.
  • Assist with the launch and rollout of a new timekeeping application, including testing and gathering user feedback.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth adoption of the new tool.
  • Maintain schedules, records, and documentation to support operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees with questions related to processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to quickly learn and support technology implementations.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
