Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Our client, a premiere international law firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a group of their attorneys. This position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their Manhattan office.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Utilize Microsoft Word to input documentation and correspondences
  2. Enter attorney time using InTapp
  3. Screen phone calls and accurately record and relay messages
  4. Sort and deliver mail efficiently
  5. Manage calendar and deadline systems
  6. Schedule appointments and meetings
  7. Arrange travel
  8. Maintain file system
  9. Operate standard office equipment
  10. Observe confidentiality
  11. Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  1. 3-5 years of administrative experience
  2. Flexible for overtime
  3. Legal background is preferred
  4. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  5. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  6. Ability to proofread written materials
  7. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  8. Excellent written and oral communication skills

Salary Range

$80,000 - $85,000 + Paid OT and Bonus
