Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Operations and the Operations Team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of daily activities including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, organizing customer visits and site events, processing expense reports, and managing office supply orders. As the go-to person for administrative support, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations and fostering a well-organized, collaborative work environment.**Duties & Responsibilities:*** Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, room bookings, catering as needed.* Maintain calendar and schedule meetings/appointments.* Arrange domestic and international travel (airfare, hotel accommodation, rental car, visa/passport services).* Plan and execute site events and team activities.* Support logistics for customer visits, including hospitality, space setup, and materials.* Order office supplies, equipment, and manage general office needs.* Maintain documentation, databases, and shared team resources.**Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:****Qualifications*** 3+ years of experience as and Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to work independently with little supervision.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point).* Discretion to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.* Self-motivated and proactiveIf you have what it takes to push boundaries and seize opportunities, apply to join our team today.VIAVI Solutions is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer – minorities/females/veterans/persons with disabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
