Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking anadministrative assistantto join their team! This is a hybrid position with 3 days a week in their beautiful office inLos Angeles, California.Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the partner/s and associate/s practice using initiative and independent judgement
- Screen phone calls, mail, and visitors while maintaining electronic notes, inquiries and status of communications
- Calendar management
- Coordinate travel
- Facilitate expense reports and bill processing
- Prepares letters, memos, and other correspondence
- Collaborate will the Billing Department and clients on billing management
- Maintain confidential files
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Juris Doctorate preferred
- 3-5 years' experience as a person or executive assistant supporting a high-level professional
- Experience with calendar and schedule management
- Proactive, energetic, and hard-working team player
