W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
Pay Rate: $60 - $65/hr on W2
Position Description:
As a Data Quality Analyst, you will contribute to the integrity and accessibility of mastered data by performing routine data quality assessments, identifying anomalies, and supporting issue resolution efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data completeness and ensure alignment with business and reporting needs. Your role will involve defining and implementing data logic and decision rules, maintaining business glossaries and metadata repositories, and leading reconciliation efforts for specific financial domains. You will design and implement control points and quality checks, serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, and support regulatory and audit responses with accurate data documentation. Additionally, you will develop dashboards to track KPIs and issue resolution, recommend improvements to data tools and workflows, and lead Agile stories and contribute to backlog grooming.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine data quality assessments and identify anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data completeness and alignment with business needs.

- Maintain and enhance business glossaries and metadata repositories.
- Lead reconciliation efforts for specific financial domains.
- Design and implement control points and quality checks.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Support regulatory and audit responses with accurate data documentation.
- Develop dashboards to track KPIs and issue resolution.
- Recommend improvements to data tools and workflows.
- Lead Agile stories and contribute to backlog grooming.
- Leverage technology to streamline data quality assessments and automate routine processes.
Must Have Skills:
- Perform data quality assessments and reconciliations.
- Define data logic and maintain metadata.
- Build dashboards to track KPIs and issue resolution.
- Knowledge on Deposit and/or loans or ability to learn.
- Collaborate with business, finance, and engineering teams.
- Support audits and regulatory responses.
- Recommend process and tool improvements.
