Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a client with a search for a staff accountant. They are a nonprofit organization and looking for an accountant with nonprofit experience. This role is onsite near Forest Park, IL and is temporary to hire.

Responsibilities

• Journal entries and account reconciliations for month end close
• General Ledger analysis
• Reconcile credit cards and bank statements
• Assist with the budget process
• Grant accounting, manage and maintain all grants, reporting and filing
• Audit support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar
• 3 years of prior experience as an accountant in a nonprofit organization
• Grant accounting experience
• Integrity, deadline driven accuracy
• Excellent communication skills

Pay: $27-$30/hour

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
