Overview

Delivery Driver role at Genuine Parts Company (NAPA Integrated Business Solutions). Full-time position delivering parts with a focus on customer service on the road rather than in office or store settings.

What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering parts to customers and developing relationships with customers
• Picking up parts from multiple vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/inventoried records
• Maintaining safety focus while driving and delivering parts
• Acting as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries and building long-term customer relationships
• Maintaining the delivery truck and safety checks, keeping the vehicle clean and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)

What You’ll Need

• Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) with stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand and walk during shift; ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to handle cash transactions correctly and manage core/part returns
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
• Inspecting, protecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to navigate the metropolitan area using maps/directions
• Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License
