We are looking for a full-time and part-time friendly and energetic Receptionist to join our team! As the Receptionist for our assisted living facility, you will be responsible for all receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk of our office. Your role will be important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. The goal is to make residents and visitors feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office. If you excel in Microsoft Office, effective communication, problem-solving, and have a heart for seniors, we’d love to connect with you.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors and residents in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails.
• Communicate with other coworkers via email if needed.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby and front office environment for everyone.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Enjoy working with seniors.
• Multitasking skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Two years’ experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role preferred.
• Administrative experience a plus.
• Problem solving and computer experience required.
• Experience with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Publisher.
• Ability to be organized and maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.

Schedule

• PT Thursday, Friday, occasional Saturdays 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• FT Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
