Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records of visitors and residents.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure timely information flow.
• Proven experience in a customer service role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare or residential setting.
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems.

Customer service skills are essential for the Receptionist role, enabling effective interaction with residents and visitors and helping create a positive first impression. Strong communication, organizational abilities for appointment management and record-keeping, attention to detail for accurate data entry, and familiarity with office software are important for operational efficiency.
