The Receptionist Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control, and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Receptionist Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

Responsibilities

The Receptionist Officer is a customer service driven position. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, monitoring access and security on client sites, assisting employees and visitors with information, and applying site regulations.

Qualifications

• Background in receptionist, hospitality, or retail preferred
• Customer service orientation; friendly and positive attitude
• Training provided to succeed in the security industry
