Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr
LHH is working with their client looking to add a talented Marketing Manager to the team. In this role, you will own the execution of the marketing plan, from campaign development, agency/vendor management, event execution and day to day marketing operations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience ideally from a construction or real estate background. This role is on site in the mid-cities offering a competitive base salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Develop and manage creative assets including flyers, presentations, and social media content.
- Oversee organic and paid digital marketing efforts some of which is run through external agency support, including social media, website updates, and advertising performance.
- Support sales and outreach efforts with marketing collateral, communications, and event coordination.
- Track and report on campaign performance, website analytics, and lead generation.
- Coordinate community engagement initiatives and identify PR opportunities.
- Manage marketing processes, vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate, homebuilding, construction or a related industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and basic design/editing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars.
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and drawing insights.
- Self-starter who thrives in a lean, collaborative team environment.
