Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with expertise in traditional marketing, brand development, and digital advertising—particularly across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other social media channels. They will manage multiple campaigns while leading internal branding efforts and driving B2B, B2C, and internal referral strategies. Highly organized and adaptable, they thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate well across teams. Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Constant Contact is strongly preferred.

Compensation

Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee multiple concurrent traditional and digital marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Execute strategic email, direct mail, and social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage organic campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn, aligning content with audience segmentation and business goals.
  • Represent the brand in person at tradeshows, conferences, and community events.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets.
  • Lead internal branding projects that reinforce company culture and values.
  • Source, manage, and collaborate with internal and external vendors to support marketing execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results across channels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role.
  • Strong foundation in traditional marketing and brand strategy.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Ability to build and execute customer journeys across B2B, B2C, and referral ecosystems.
  • Ability to shift quickly between tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Experience managing day-to-day B2B and B2C marketing campaigns focused on generating referrals from clients, providers, and colleagues.
  • Skilled at using analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Constant Contact is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and perform effectively under pressure and through significant change.
