Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for executing the creative design process at TEC, as it applies to a variety of projects. The Marketing team functions as an in-house agency, providing design support for our corporate brand and for our 30+ locations. You will tackle TEC’s print and digital design needs that span ads, brochures, in-store and event signage, and assets for email marketing, web, and social.

You should be comfortable with color, typography, imagery, spacing, and layouts, and be capable of broader strategic thinking like logo and brand design. You are a self-starter who thrives on collaboration, feedback, and solving problems. You have experience managing vendor relationships and view vendors as extensions of the team. You are energized by varied projects, capable of multi-tasking, organized, and detail-oriented with strong file management habits. Our project manager helps manage vendors, project load, and day-to-day activities for graphic designers, allowing you to focus on design and creativity.
