Barista – MRKT at Town and Country Resort

Help our guests wake up with a smile and a perfectly brewed cup of coffee! MRKT, our fast-paced coffee shop and market, is looking for an energetic and guest-focused Barista to join our team. Starting rate $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages with consistency and care


• Greet guests with warmth and provide exceptional customer service


• Assist with food and pastry preparation and display


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work areas


• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately


• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Prior barista or food & beverage experience preferred, but not required – training provided


• Strong communication and guest service skills


• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
