Note: The hotel operates 24/7; shifts may vary to meet operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating the environment and cues from customers.
• Communicates information to the manager so the team can respond as necessary.
• Delivers excellent customer service by prioritizing the customer and connecting with each guest.
• Discovers and responds to customer needs.
• Follows operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety guidelines, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and products as needed.
• Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• No prior experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products and cash handling.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking for long periods; ability to lift as needed.
• Occasional twisting, bending, stooping and reaching.
