Position details

Title: IT Support Specialist

Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire

Schedule: 5 days onsite/week with occasional travel (mileage expensed)

Pay Rate: 28-32/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support to approximately 150 employees and desk-side support to around 40 in-office staff.
• Handle user setups and password resets.
• Manage Active Directory and printer support.
• Administer Windows environments and assist with onboarding processes.
• All support inquiries are managed through the company’s internal proprietary system.

Qualifications (Must Haves)

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support
• Hands-on experience using ticketing systems to manage support requests
• Demonstrated success in previous IT support roles
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows OS, printer management, and mobile devices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple issues simultaneously
• Must have reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
