Overview
Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join their IT team. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage and maintain IT infrastructure, core business applications, and system security to ensure reliable operations across the organization.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and support servers, networks, and applications.
Monitor system performance and resolve issues to maximize uptime.
Implement security policies, backups, and disaster recovery.
Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure environments.
Support virtualization, VOIP, video conferencing, and end-user devices.
Maintain documentation and IT best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 5+ years equivalent IT experience.
Strong background in Microsoft Server OS, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Experience with networking (Cisco, Meraki, HP/Aruba, Ubiquiti) and system security.
Familiarity with VOIP, SQL, SharePoint, Teams, and video conferencing tools.
Certifications (MCP, MCSE) a plus.
