JOB DESCRIPTION:
Physician- Nocturnist in Oregon City, OR
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to take in-house call during weekdays and weekends,
• Must have active OR License
• Must have active OR DEA
• Must have full-time availability
• Temp privileges (YES WITH CLEAN FILE ONLY)

Availability

• 1st possible date they would be available?
• How many shifts would they be able for per month?
• What month is their schedule completely open?
• Any shift preferences (Day, Night, Blocksetc)?
• Any dates in the next 3-6 months they cant work?
• Any Holidays in the next 3-6 months they would be open to work.?

THIS NEED IS URGENT** LONG-TERM PROVIDERS NEEDED.

• 168 beds, 15
• ICU, 25
• CDU, 16
• OB, 104 med/surg, 13
• Inpatient rehabs

Hospitalists do not cover ICU, OB, or inpatient rehab
Day team averages 15 patients/team (5-6day teams at a time). Swing averages 10 admissions, night averages 6 admissions.
Shift times: 7a-7p, 11a-11p, 7p-7a
