We are seeking a dedicated, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services for students aged 5 to 21 within the Half Moon Bay school district. This full-time position runs for the full school year and carries a caseload of approximately 55 students. Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students across a wide age range (521 years old) in accordance with IEP goals and state/federal regulations
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and legal requirements
Participate in meetings related to student progress and IEP development
Qualifications
Valid California license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Experience working with students aged 5 to 21 preferred
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to working collaboratively within a school setting
