Vallejo City Unified School District is actively seeking a dedicated

onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

for the

20252026 school year . This is a

full-time position

(7 hours/day) serving a variety of student caseloads. The district is moving away from virtual services and is prioritizing

on-site, in-person support

for students. Key Details:

Vallejo, CA

Schedule:

Full-Time | 7 hours per day

Contract Type:

Full school year (NSY New School Year)

Caseloads:

Various caseloads available (PreK12)

Service Model:

Onsite only (no virtual/VOCO positions)

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs

Conduct assessments and evaluations for communication disorders

Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans

Attend and participate in IEP meetings

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress

Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking

Contribute to a supportive and inclusive educational environment

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

California SLP license (active or in process)

ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs will be considered

School-based experience preferred

Must be available for full-time onsite work throughout the 20252026 school year
