We are seeking a qualified and motivated
Occupational Therapist (OT)
to join a supportive school district in
Federal Way, WA
for the 20252026 academic year. The therapist will provide services to a caseload of around 50 students, with flexibility to tailor the population based on the candidate's experience and preference. Responsibilities:
Evaluate students and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Deliver direct therapy services and consult with teachers, staff, and families
Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals and district procedures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations as needed
Requirements:
Valid
Washington State OT license
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, time management, and collaboration skills
