20252026 Position Summary:
Soliant is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate
School Psychologist
to join our student support team for the 20252026 school year. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological services to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students in alignment with district, state, and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify student needs and support eligibility determination
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
Provide counseling services to students individually and in groups as appropriate
Assist in developing behavior intervention plans and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Support the districts Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) efforts
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing special education and student psychological services
Qualifications:
Required: Masters or Specialist degree (Ed.S., Ph.D., or Psy.D.) in School Psychology
Valid Illinois School Psychologist certification/license
Experience conducting assessments and delivering school-based psychological services
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Commitment to serving diverse student populations
Preferred: Experience in a K12 school environment
Familiarity with the Glen Ellyn community
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive weekly pay ($40 - $60 per hour)
