Job Description:

Responsible for the administration and coordination of the activities of Credit Officers. Partners closely with client management teammates in both the Global Commercial Bank and Global Investment Bank to consult on sales opportunities, and provide the ABL product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible ABL solution to the client. Reviews and recommends objectives, policies and procedures for Credit Officers on the basis of experience and abilities; provides assistance in the handling of sensitive accounts. Has overall responsibility for managing highly complex portfolios with multiple businesses. This role is non-registered.

Responsibilities:

Handles complex and sensitive transactions to include private equity sponsor transactions with I-Bank term loans; international transactions; large corporate, middle market and business banking transactions; related products and services; and work-outs.

Leads a team who partner with business development officers, relationship managers, underwriters and/or product specialists and are responsible for structing, analyzing, underwriting, negotiating, documenting, closing and monitoring ABL and related transactions.

Interface directlywith clients, financial sponsors and intermediaries (legal counsel, outside accountants, turnaround consultants, field examiners, etc.).

20+ years of Asset Based Lending Experience

5+ years of management experience
